During the hardship of pandemic, the Mississauga Food Bank was alarmed with 100% increase in people accessing food bank for the first time and 8% increase in client visit.  In October 2020, Chens Enterprises Corporation immediately donated an amount of 18,965 pounds of food to the Mississauga Food Bank in support of the Mississauga Mayor Bonnie Crombie’s 2020 Thanksgiving Food Drive. Chens Enterprises Corporation is honored to receive the Corporate Award from Mayor Bonnie Crombie and has committed to be an annual contributor to the the Mississauga Food Bank to support the organization’s mission to assist over 22,000 neighbors and distribution of 1.7 million pounds of food annually.
