Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving agreed sales target
Maintain and develop existing and new customers
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Participate in sales events if required
Collect payment from customers within the payment term.
Monitor customers’ business activity.
Report to management if find any unusual business activity that might lead to failure of collecting payment from the customer
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Open personality, hard working, responsible
Codes source documents such as invoices and receipts to the appropriate accounts. Bank Deposits
Maintains and updates accounting records by performing duties such as recording and posting transactions in journal and the general ledger for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
Prepare and issues invoices and follows up on late accounts in accordance with established procedure. Pays approved invoices
Maintains bank account records; reconciles bank accounts and balances chequebooks
Ensure that government filings (HST, WSIB, corporate tax installments, payroll tax, etc.) are submitted and paid on time
Assists accountant in the preparation for audit and the production of financial statements, budgets and other financial reports by performing such duties as providing related documentation, preparing various accounting summaries and reports, and compiling statistics

Answering phone calls & general admin duties

Deliver product to and pick up product from specific locations
Develop and maintain an efficient routing system
Verify all items listed on invoices are loaded and delivered；Verify all items listed on receipt are picked up, and make sure there is no damaged, short coded or expired products are picked up.
Unload merchandise according to customers’ requests
Provide the customer with invoice, require their signature and collect payment if needed
Verify all items listed on invoices with customers. Make sure no overage.
Turn all invoices, receipts and payment into the office daily. Ensure all are accurate
Check lights and safety equipment daily. Maintain accurate records and logs.
Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws. Drive Defensively
Maintain the delivery vehicle clean and safe. Report any unsafe issue to supervisor immediately
Perform other duties as assigned by management
